	A video filmed by a bystander on a balcony above the incident (posted to Twitter but since removed) shows a white pickup truck try to evade the police vehicles boxing it in by backing into one and driving forward into another, before it stops. Officers converge on the scene, but their interactions with the vehicle's driver are largely obscured by an awning, but it is clear that at least one officer kicks the driver. A handcuffed Parkhurst and a bald police officer come into view as the officer walks him towards a police vehicle; the officer slams him up against the vehicle.
